How to Make a Complaint

When you contact us, please share the details of your complaint. We’d like to know: ◦ What happened ◦ When the issue occurred ◦ Any relevant details to help us understand the problem 2 We’ll Review and Respond Promptly:
Once we’ve received your complaint, we will review it thoroughly and get back to you within 5 business days with a solution or update on the process. Plus a unique complaints reference number 3 We’ll Work to Resolve the Issue:
We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Usually within 14 days. However, in some cases, particularly if your complaint is of a complex nature, this may not be possible. If this is not possible for any reason, you will be informed of the delay, the likely length of the delay, and the reasons for it. Our goal is to ensure you are happy with the solution, whether it involves a repair, a refund, or another satisfactory resolution.

reasonable effort to accommodate such requests, we are not bound to take any action beyond that which we may be contractually or otherwise legally obliged to take)
